Agnethe Nilstad is a PhD-student at the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center. Her research is focused on investigating riskfactors for ACL-injuries among elite female football players.
Agnethe is a physical therapist with a Master of Science degree in Sports Physiotherapy from The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Injury prevention is her main field of interest. As a masterstudent she was part of the project "The 11+", where she assessed compliance with "The 11+" warm-up programme and attitudes towards injury prevention among the team coaches participating in the study.
Agnethe is also working as a physical therapist at a sports clinic. Her own sports background is versatile, and she enjoys spending time on a mountain bike during summertime and skiing in the winter.
